Order took 10 days from the time I ordered to actually ship. Every time I called I got the runaround telling me that it had already shipped. Overall it took 14 days from order to receiving meds. I had another local pharmacy call to try and obtain the prescription and they had to call 4 different times and were told the prescription would be transferred, which it never was. Will never order here again.

I still have not received my medication and it has been 3 weeks since I ordered it. It was not processed in a timely manner and I called for an update. I never received a call back. I only got an email saying my order processed. I ran out of my medication several days ago and I am suffering the consequences because of it. With my previous mail order, I always received my medication on time. So far my experience with this company has been awful. This does not instill any confidence in me being my first order.

Worst mail order pharmacy I ever dealt with would not recommend

Communication with this company is terrible. The web-based platform is barely "OK" and it is incredible that in this age that they do not have an app for your phone. I never received notification that my prescription order was received and processed. So I went online and tried to refill my Rx to discover that I now have duplicate orders of the same Rx, neither of which has been processed in the 2 weeks that the first order was received. Only today, two weeks later, did I receive a phone call/voicemail which gives no specific information other than to call them. (Also, they should specify time zone on their website. They close at "7pm on weekdays." When I tried to return the phone call at 6 pm PST they were Closed.) I eventually received texts and emails in which I promptly canceled all orders. Express Scripts is by far the superior mail-order pharmacy and I am extremely disappointed that my insurance provider switch to GoGoMeds. I will definitely return to using my local pharmacy.

This is my first and it unfortunately will be my last order placed with gogo meds. The doctor submitted my very simple prescription two weeks ago, tomorrow. They charged my card for payment one week ago, today. I’ve yet to receive a shipment confirmation. I’ve called twice in the past two days and both times I’ve received a recording stating that the wait time would be ten minutes. I’ve submitted an email via their “help” address yesterday morning at 9AM and still no response. What’s the hold up?!!

On August 3, 2020 I had to call GO GO MEDS- because they sent me the wrong prescription amount.(I paid up front) I spoke to a very rude woman who informed me that I had no prescriptions left and she took an old prescription which was the smaller amount and happen to just use that and send it out to me. Absolutely unacceptable! They used to call every month to ask me if I want to fill my prescription and they used to let me know if I wanted my prescription renewed by a phone call to my doctor. Nothing! This stupid woman argued with me that this was the only prescription available so I told her I wasn’t going to pay for that small tube and I want what my doctor ordered and that I should’ve been informed that I had no prescriptions left! I told her that I would inform my credit card company that I was not sent what I paid for and then I would call my insurance company. Her lack of knowledge and verbal incontinence was extremely unprofessional. Guess what?! It is 11 days later and I still have not received my prescription! She was unprofessional enough to not even send it out! Today I called and got a supervisor named Ryan. He was the only one who would help me! I told him the problem,how many weeks it’s been since this started and he is overnighting my prescription. This company really needs to get it together and take care of their customers and I can jerk them around! This woman would be better suited in the fast food industry in the back somewhere as she is not suited to take care of customers in any reasonable way! RON, YOUR RESPONSE IS DISMISSIVE, A LIE AND RIDICULOUS!! First of all I was sent the incorrect amount of my prescription! Second, the stupid woman on the phone to whom I complained, argued with me then promised to send out the correct amount after she called my doctor to renew the prescription which should’ve been done in the first place! She then deliberately did not send out my prescription! It is 11 days past that promise! I also sent you guys an email asking where is my prescription and I got no response! You’re correct on only one thing. Ryan is the only one who acted in a professional manner and is sending out my prescription overnight! You, Ron are no help at all! Maybe this is why your customer service is deplorable!

So my doctor placed me on a medication for low iron. Through my local pharmacy 15 pills are at least $210 so I was stoked to only have to pay $50 for 30 pills... boy was it not worth it. I have already paid the $50 and was told the pills should be here Wednesday (7/8/2020) or Thursday(7/9/2020) since they’ll ship them right out. So I’m still waiting on Tuesday the following week for the medication to even ship... I have been told they ran out of my medication yet they have still charged me and now I’m stuck waiting and buying a weeks worth of the medication at a time.

I haven't received my shipment yet. It's been almost 3 weeks???!!!???....so I cant say that service is good....
