This service has saved us so much money on our prescriptions. Further, the staff on the phones always do a great job and are very personable. My only complaint is that when we receive notices that scripts are being sent or refilled, there is no way (at least that I've discovered) to identify what script it is. Thus, the notices at least let you know that something is coming, but they are not much more help than that.

The price I país was $40 less than what my prescription plan would have paid.

The transfer from my previous pharmacy to GoGoMeds was simple, easy, and problem-free. Within a week, my RX was in my mailbox and I didn't have to wait in line at the pharmacy to get my meds.

I called in to refill my prescription and received it approximately a week later, with no problems, correct medication.

My medication was paused early in the year due to backlog associated with COVID-19. I did not think anything of it until I visited my doctor and obtained a new prescription. I went to submit only to find that my previous subscription was still active. When I inquired, they said the medication was no longer on backlog. They immediately processed and I received my prescription. Have since learned that prescriptions on backlog need to be reactivated by the user. I.e. It does not happen automatically.
