Dear David, Our automation system allows for the dispensing and labeling for each prescription and the manufacturer is listed on the upper right hand corner of every prescription. There is a medication information brochure with each medication and shipment. A person from the pharmacy team will call to see if you need any additional information. Dear Helen, I’m sorry the medication isn’t working. If you feel the same after another month, I would ask the doctor for his/her recommendation. We’ve had patients where it works after several months but you may need a stronger medication. Your physician tried this as a medical food, one of the best medications to use if it works. Since it may not, you may need something stronger but it was worth a try. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Julia, Thank you for your review. Most of the time the delay is in prescription process or refill authorization by the physician. We contact the physician office as quick as possible but we are not able to control their response time. The quickest turn around is if the physician sends us an electronic prescription. When that occurs, the pharmacist checks are quick and easy, sent right to our automation. Our pharmacy automation is state of the art for speed and accuracy. Dear Eddie, All pharmacies carry FDA approved generics that are supposed to work the same, but different inactive ingredients can affect how a medication might work for someone. It sounds like a certain generic manufacturer works better for you. We will call and discuss this with you. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear 123, Unfortunately when there is an insurance check and we are not sure about coverage, the process takes a lot longer, especially the first time. Now that we know there is not coverage, we can process and send the refill same day in the future. Sorry for the delay. Ron RPh

Dear Allan, Thanks for the follow up and explanation. We never do anything early “to get that cash flow going”. Sometimes we make a mistake and may send a medication early but we rarely do that because we have laws we have to follow on refills. Our records show in your case: We last filled on 7/1/19. Autorefill was processed on 9/17 which is 78 days later, not 44 days. We will watch it close - the first time we were 12 days early to allow for shipping and refills should be on the exact days in the future. Just to note, you are now out of refills so we need a new prescription for next time. Our thought is if we give great service, business and cash flow will result. We will never do anything quickly for short term business. You can count on us long term, always treating you and all our customers properly. Thanks Ron RPh
