I have received several refills on this Rx and currently don't need any more sent. (3/12, 3/18,3/25, and 4/1) ....Could have used it sent initially back in February when it was supposed to be called in by my DR.

The order we are asked to review (#564412) HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED (as of 2/21/2021). The order was placed on 2/10; it is listed as COMPLETE; but listed as NOT YET SHIPPED. This is the THIRD order that has been 'hung up' by your automated system. I think it is time that somebody fixes something.

The time between ordering a drug and actual delivery is very long. My doctors office has sent over a prescription 3 times but still not processed, I had asked GOGOMEDS to call doctors office but still not processed. I have had other drugs sent it from this doctor with no issues so I know they know where to send it. I had to give up trying and got the script filled somewhere else because I was out of this drug. I tried for 2 weeks but no luck.

To whom it may concern, I am terribly disappointed in the service or lack thereof. you have had my order since 2-2-2021 and i have just been notified that i will be receiving it via usps on 2-16. That is 2 full weeks and I have already run out of the 3 meds that are in that order. i have been patient with the service but enough is enough. this is utterly unacceptable and then to make things worse you send them via usps. please consider other means of shipping as our post office is notorious for late shipments i will once again be forced to consider changing my prescriptions back to my local pharmacy thanks to your stellar service Regards, Mel E Montagne

My medication order was marked as complete and my credit card was charged since February 4th. My prescription medication still had not shipped on February 8th, so I called. The man I spoke with assured me it would ship on February 9th. He apologized and said he had no idea why it had been delayed! It’s now February 10th and it has still not shipped. This is not acceptable for medicines or proper pharmacy procedure. I want my prescription and I will not be using your service again. I would certainly not recommend GoGo Meds to anyone because the medications take forever to “GoGo” anywhere.

Worst pharmacy ever!! They ran 2 Rx's through my insurance in December but never mailed them to me. I have called several times and all they say is that it is too soon to refill. They won't research and see that I never received the December refill. I have emailed then several times too and I get nowhere. The people that answer the phone just tell me they will have a tech research it and then they call me back to say it is too early. I am not allowed to talk to a tech or anyone above the poor kid answering the phone. Needless to say I am out of my meds and I can't get them refilled until March thanks to this. They won't listen to me and won't research to fix the issue. I feel as if nobody there cares about the customer at all.

The service is very poor. I never get my meds on time and I always have to contact Go Go meds to make sure they are getting my packages shipped. My impression is that the constant delay in service is intentionally done to avoid having to supply the medicine.

I placed my order on Dec.5 and it was not delivered until Dec. 19, but I was not home so I filled out the package slip with my signature for delivery and have still not received my medication (it is now12/25/20). It should not be this complicated.
