Dear Cheryl, When we get your order without a prescription, we follow up with the doctor also and of course we have to wait on him/her to respond to fill your requested order. Our system notifies you by email or text that we made the follow up. I will check to see why you didn’t receive that message. When we sent out the medication, you should have received another email and text. We work hard to keep our customers informed so thanks for letting us know. Dear John, The transfer of a prescription takes some time, documented as pharmacist to pharmacist. Sorry for the inconvenience. Now that we have the prescription, refills will be quicker. Dear Jack, Thanks for the feedback. We have implemented a call back feature so we can call at a time you designate to us or asap. Our average hold time currently is 1 minutes 24 seconds. Our goal is to bring the average hold time down every month, earlier this year is was 2 minutes. Every 45 seconds we have a prompt to leave a message. When someone leaves a message, we call the person back right away. I mention the above data to explain we are adding people and processes with technology very fast to accommodate our fast growth. As we scale up, our numbers continue to improve so hopefully you see and feel that improvement in the future too. Thanks Ron RPh

Dear Jose, 5/29/20 Every 3 day holiday like Memorial Day slows down delivery and processing with the day off and delivery delay by 1-3 days from the post office. Our team will review your prescription, but when you add that a pain medication has to be signed for, an extra day or two delivery is normal for pain prescriptions. Bottom line, I think the holiday with slowed delivery by USPS caused the problem but our customer service team will follow up. Thanks Ron RPh Dear Jose, 6/5/20 As expected, it appears your prescription was slowed due to the Monday holiday. Your prescription came in on Friday afternoon at 2:30pm, was processed on Tuesday (after the Monday holiday) and shipped on Wednesday. We state to please allow 3-4 business days for processing on our website. The USPS was probably slower than usual due to the holiday also. Thanks for using GoGoMeds. Ron RPh
