I don’t feel the meds are very effective. I follow all the instructions and I don’t think it has preformed to its purpose. I drink over 100 oz of water a day and I exercise (weightlifting) 4-5 times a week. I felt this as well as the product would help. It has not, it is also disappointing because I feel like I just burned 250.00. I would not recommend to family, friends or even strangers.

slow, stupid and careless. It took them a week to "process" it after they received it. That's been several days ago. They haven't even mailed it.

tried to call about placing a new order MULTIPLE times over 3 DAYS never got through, left voice messages as prompted and NEVER got a call back. As a new customer, 1st order, my confidence in this service is a 1 out of 10 where 1 is not at all confident. I will be writing to the manufacturer that has this site as an exclusive source for the RX and let them know how very difficult getting thier product has been

Not happy with the product. Ended up gaining weight. Do not Ship anymore to me.

The first several times we received our meds with no problems. Worked great was a little trouble getting things switched to them but worth the effort. After several months of working well things broke!!! I'm a busy person like most people and didn't notice until i was completely out of anxiety meds. No problem things happen. So i call the doctor's office they call me in emergency meds locally and then send to the mail order. Since my emergency meds made it through no problem i assumed the mail order would too. Nope so now after 2 months my meds are finally shipping. after multiple calls to doctors, and the mail order place. Also when the problem happened it happened for every member of my family for 3 different doctors offices. When i problem happens in one place it's a glitch. When it happens on 4 different scripts from 3 different doctors on 3 different patients. The problem isn't the consumer. It's yours and you should be taking steps to fix it. So now my husband has his anxiety meds and i still haven't received mine. So the i've experienced mail order before with my mom express scripts calls when there is an issue because they know when you receive too many emails from like the 4 i get for each prescriptions no body reads them. PS writing this over 3 weeks off my anxiety meds and now 5 days off my pain meds.

This order contained 2 medications. One was cancelled and I have no idea why. I still have not received it and its been almost a month.

We’ve been customers for several years with zero issues, but we’ve recently moved our dog’s RXs there and it’s been an absolute disaster. They originally entered the wrong RX into the computer so we got the wrong medication month after month, with nobody fixing it. Now the new issue is they can’t send the correct meds because my dog isn’t covered under my health insurance. They have my credit card on file so the medication is paid for. To correct each problem, I’m never able to call in and talk to a live person. I have to leave a message and they return the call the next day. Today the call came at 7:45 am on a Saturday. Since I missed this call, I have to call them again on Monday morning, leave a message and they will call me back on Tuesday. I made the request to refill the Rx 11 days ago and I’m still several days away from it being refilled. Every month there’s a new issue with them and because it’s so difficult to talk to someone, I wind up getting the prescription from a local pharmacy. There has never been a company more in need of internal correction than this one. UPDATE: I just got off the phone with a lady who claims she runs the company. She told me that there will be a different problem every month and they will never be able to fill the prescriptions as written without extensive calls and effort on my end.

If I needed a life or death prescription off be dead!!! My doctor called it in on the 12th of the month and it took almost a month to receive! Not sure I will continue with it
