Very long shipping time.
Best price for a medication not covered by insurance. BUT it took 10 days in transit before it arrived at my doorstep. Fortunately the weather was cool...as I know it was sitting in trucks and uncooled facilities for quite some time. If this were summer it would be 1 star and I would be pretty mad. I don't like medications sitting in my mailbox all day, let alone 10 days in transit. Yes, this is USPS and not Gogomeds but they are the ones choosing USPS. Perhaps UPS or Fedex a better choice for medications.

Dear Andi, We agree, normal shipping time is 3-5 days. This time of year, even 10 days is extreme for USPS. They blame an increase in packages plus Covid. We use UPS and FedEx also, especially if you want expedited shipping. Thanks Ron RPh

Everyone I talked to was polite and…
Everyone I talked to was polite and helpful. They had to get my Rx from another pharmacy but they have had to do that before and it didn't take very long. I kept waiting and waiting for my Rx to come- it took a very long time to do so. I'm not sure why this happened but will certainly be cautious if I order through you again.

I think this is a great concept getting…
I think this is a great concept getting your meds in the mail however I’m glad it was not heart medication I was waiting for because it took a long time for my meds to arrive. The communication between Gogo meds and my doctor is evidently very poor. Needs work to streamline the process, communication is the key. Chris

The price for GOGO Meds is the best
The price for GOGO Meds is the best. It took a long time to get the prescription into their hands, I don't know why. I called twice and it took about a month, is why the rating is not higher.

Dear John, As you may understand, obtaining a clean prescription from the physician is sometimes the toughest part of the process. Once we have the prescription with the proper directions, we are good to go and service is quick. Thanks Ron RPh

Good price BUT
Good price BUT Does not allow Groupon promotional code. Charges you extra to ensure delivery (signature). Let's see how they compare to Costco.

Faster shipping desired
For medicine, the delivery was slower than expected, so I missed a few doses.

Dear Whitney, We understand, the holiday and weekend really played a role in the delay: Ordered online 7/2 5:56pm (after mail pickup) 7/3 closed 7/4 closed 7/5 closed 7/6 shipped 7/7 in transit 7/8 delivered We processed and shipped in one day really (7/6) since on 7/2 the order was received at day end. It’s good it was delivered in 6 days, especially with the July 4 holiday and weekend. Hopefully on refills, we don’t have that timing/holiday issue and you receive it in the normal 3-5 days.
