From the beginning nothing went…
From the beginning nothing went right...First they were supposed to call me when they got pricing info from my insurance company and let me know how much my out of pocket the cost would be. It took them almost two weeks to call me and when they did they called to recollect my insurance info to call them again because they couldn't get any answer with the info that they had. Finally that was figured out, they called back with a price, I decided to order my meds through them. Set up the order with automatic monthly refills. Gave them all of my info and everything was good to go. Then I get my "prescription" and on the label is some other customers name and their prescription (for birth control... meanwhile my husband and I are trying to get pregnant so it's a good thing I did't just start taking these) I called the company and they apologized and told me to put them back into the mailbox with "return to sender" written on the label and that they would send out my correct prescription 2 day. So I did and got the correct one two days later. Well, that month comes and goes and I'm down to my last pill and never recieved my refill in the mail. I called the company and the representative on the phone says in the system that I have no refills left (mind you this was first bottle and I had 11 refills remaining) I explained it to him and he asked me to hold and investigated some more. Finally came back and apologized saying they had a new company that they were working with and things got mixed up and that he would overnight me my prescription. (They came three days later) I'm only taking vitamins so it wasn't the biggest deal in the world to miss a few days but if it had been a life altering medication that had been mixed up and not sent or sent to someone else that's really dangerous.
