I was charged twice and still never got an in-person interview at my airport.

Had to pay extra to get an appointment because no response for months. Was forced to go to Dulles airport, pay for parking and wait longer than an hour, which meant parking cost more. Got rejected for a misdemeanor from youth that happened over 40 years ago, asking for disposition documentation for something that has been long archived. Meanwhile, we have a pedophile rapist con-man with 34 counts of felony fraud in the white house being trusted with nuclear codes.

I applied, and paid, for mine in early July and I still don't have my Global Entry pass. The reservation system for appointments needs some work. I could not figure out how to make an appointment. You changed me $24 for something I did not need, the subscription service, and I thought I needed that to make the appointment. I finally logged into the main website and found it there. Seems like you were trying to upsell me to something I didn't need, if only you had told me how to make the appointment myself. Hope fully I will have my interview soon.

Have had a bad experience with the Otay Mesa port of entry. Anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours. Missed our appointments but Global Entry has stuck with us. Thank you. We are going to try San Ysidro port and drive to Otay Mesa site.

Failure if system to pay in advance $130 for the required Nexus interview appointment to be held within 30 days of payment only to then read interview appointments can take up to 20 months to receive a notice of an appointment . Frustrating to have no way to speak with an employee. Terrible system with no regard to a citizen’s lost payment; inability to plan or move forward in any way for required interview.
