I worked with Neil over a few days to try and find the right flights for my trip to Scotland and then on to Germany. He was great to work with and I would definitely be in touch with GoFlyFirst again.

I was very skeptical about using this service but it checked out on all the trust sites and Marcus was able to get us the best deal by far compared to anyone else which made me more skeptical. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it and am very happy I did. Marcus answered all my questions, which were a lot, and talked me through everything. Our flights were exactly as described. We went to Italy from Tampa in July and my family was very happy with the business class seats. Thank you Marcus. Highly recommend!!

I happen upon GOFLYFIRST because I missed my flight, which was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had, but I called GOFLYFIRST never heard of them before and they took care of me or one guy took care of me. His name was PERCY. PERCY was so kind he was so compassionate. PERCY was so generally concerned, he helped me to book another flight on a better airline. He actually got me a better flight than the first one. Percy was so kind. He was so professional. He was so patient. He worked so hard for me to make things better, Percy, understood the urgency and importance from the moment he answered the phone and I told him my situation and not just on a professional level , but I felt like he really personally cared and this is the type of company/person that I want to give my money to and would do it again and will do it again if you need a travel company for last-minute flights call GOFLYFIRST and ask for Percy.
