GoflyfirstReviews of goflyfirst.com

I came to goflyfirst after a bad experience with another online website. Jane Lopez was my agent and she was extremely understanding of my frustration and helped me find the flight I needed and advised me on flight insurance. Ms. Lopez is an outstanding employee and I greatly appreciated her competence, compassion and guidance. She's a keeper.

Jane Lopez really goes far and beyond for me. The fact that I am Deaf, she had the patience to text me because it’s my primary effective way to communicate without missing out important information. I love how Jane is always checking in on me & on the clock to make sure my travels are transitioning smoothly. I really feel safe when it comes to traveling internationally especially this was my first time traveling in EUROPE. Jane made sure I had everything I needed, she was ahead of her game and I highly recommend this GoFly First company. Im a Deaf performer so knowing that I have a reliable travel agent whenever I need to travel, I can count on them. You bet I’m going to use Jane Lopez for my future business & personal travels. Enjoy your new GoFly First adventures!

Jane Lopez worked quickly and diligently to get my son home on an unexpected return flight from Europe. I will always recommend Jane Lopez. I will always use her to book our family flights! Service is above and beyond!!

Edward Walters, provided an exemplary service which I never received ever from another travel agent. Amazing deals on the flights and exceptional customer service. I will always book my business class flights through him. Thank you again very much.

Edward was very responsive and went over and beyond what was expected to meet our requirements.

I worked with Edward, who was eager to help me and went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure to take care of all my needs and necessities. He found me a great, amazing deal in business class. I dealt with other similar agencies before and they don’t compare, they are awesome! Thank you Edward and keep up the good job. PS - hopefully soon you will also carry your own travel protection/insurance.

Mr. Edward Walters is a very cooperative and it is a pleasure working with him and his company.

Jane Lopez was nothing less then perfect getting us tickets on two separate occasions. Thank you for all of your time, care, and energy you gave us!
