GoflexReviews of goflex.com

Great movers, extremely efficient and had our things moved in within the hour at both places. Highly recommend and definitely affordable. Thank you Flex!

My name is janine cadet I booked flex on Sept 2 2026 There was one mover guy that I have to make a special review for and his name is Jonel Nord. He was a mover sent from heaven. Although there were two movers I feel like if they would have just sent me Jonel alone I would have been satisfied. He worked and moved enough heavy duty stuff for two men standing alone. He did most of the work all on his own with no complaints. He also did it with a smile and was very quick he understood the assignment and executed perfectly! Jonel nord needs a raise!!!

5/5 Stars — Exceptional Interstate Move! I highly recommend Flex Moving & Storage! Our long-distance move from Philadelphia to Boston went flawlessly from start to finish. The pickup crew in Philly was Steven, who arrived right on time and was incredibly careful and professional while loading our belongings. The delivery in Boston was handled by the Santos brothers, who were equally courteous, punctual, and hardworking.Moving long-distance can be incredibly stressful, but both teams made it a smooth and pleasant experience. Not a single item was lost, damaged, or broken. I would 100% use this company again for any future moves!

The Phoenix team arrived at scheduled time, Ivan, David and 1 other person( I can’t remember his name ) were professional, careful with everything and made me laugh. I would recommend Flex for anyone looking for a mover. Price was far better than any of the other quotes I received. Price was what was quoted, no additional charges. Also they got it done quickly. Thanks Flex!

Flex has made my move from Houston to Austin so seamless. The prices was affordable(I was able to move, store, and unpack my things all with the same company). The team who helped me move out and move in were so sweet and accommodating. My only wish is that the app had GPS tracking to know where my things were. Overall, yes Flex for your moving needs!

I hired go flex because they had good reviews, but obviously whatever they put on their website was false. I booked a move three weeks in advance and paid a deposit. Packed up everything & took a PTO day. They had not shown up by the end of the agreed window when they did show up, it was just one guy, when I have been promised three people plus a driver the driver said he couldn't help because he had a bad back and they were still "sourcing more workers" this is three hours after the time they were supposed to be starting my move. It took me 45 minutes on the phone to get my money back and cancel the move. I absolutely ridiculous. Worst moving experience ever.

The quote was excellent and the price I paid at the end of service was what they quoted me. The moving people were very professional and nice.

There was a slight hiccup with the driver upon pickup of our things but overal good experience. Movers were polite and respectful and moved quickly. Everything happened as expected.
