Very positive experience…
Our experience with this company was very positive! They were easy to work with and very helpful! Our driver was kind, careful, and responsible. He met us exactly as promised and was courteous. The car was clean and the two car seats we’d requested were installed and waiting. My only complaint is that I’d prefer to communicate via phone rather than online, but the agent walked me through it, and I was relieved to have the Live Chat feature. Thank you for everything!

This was a perfect transport
This was a perfect transport. Jose was in communication with me from the time the plane landed. The vehicle was immaculately clean Jose is a very polite, personable, and a good source of area information. The ride was perfect.

Driver Paolo was fantastic
Driver Paolo was fantastic. He had to wait 2 hours for us as we had to queue for immigration . Even so he picked us up with a smile and was very welcoming.

I was never picked up at the right…
I was never picked up at the right time. Driver needs to look at airlines ticket Simple mistake anyone could have made Money has not yet been refunded. I had to get other transportation as I was stranded at airport.

We are sorry for your bad experience with us, but as answered by email, our driver was at the airport on the exact date and time as scheduled by you on our website. The problem was that you chose / scheduled your arrival on the wrong date and we cannot assume errors of dates chosen by customers, since your flight is daily and we can hardly know if your chosen date was wrong. As already informed, we had costs to direct our driver to the airport and therefore we do not make refunds in these cases. It is important to mention that we also made contact with the customer when we did not identify the meeting at the airport, it was there that we were informed by the customer that there was an error in filling in the date of his reservation (caused by the customer himself when he finalized the purchase on the website). Although there are no mistakes made by the company, we offer a 20% discount on your next purchase.
