Driver met us at baggage claim. Very professional. He assisted us moving baggage the short distance to get into vehicle. Vehicle very nice Mercedes van with refrigerated cold water and phone chargers. Best “limo” service ever!

The Drivers were awesome.

Disappointed Reason I picked your company was because the email I received said the driver would be waiting in baggage claim with my name on it. This was a surprise for my wife. When I texted the driver said no, we need to get our luggage and wait outside on the curb. Then I had to load my own luggage, no water was offered, no music was offered. We drive in silence for over an hour. I paid for a premium experience which I was happy to do but feel like I got at best an Uber/Lyft experience. Maybe not even that good. The ride itself and the vehicle were fine.

Very easy to book

Felipe was great!! Kept communicating with us. Special that he had water and snacks in his car too! Very professional!

Great service in every way Pick up perfect in very congested port area. Contact made right up to pick up Thank you for your care Mayara Some customers expect to be greeted out side the baggage claim area. This is not possible on international flights at Orlando International or US Cruise Ports as they would not be allowed through Sacurity. + Baggage carts are not Freely available as in the UK, Europe In the US You have to use old fashioned porter system. We always call our driver at the cell phone lot when we exit the Plane Train .

Was not met at baggage claim as promised. Bus was late for pickup

The order process was really easy and efficient. They response right away and clarified every detail, within a day, we got all the info including the name of the driver and the type of vehicle provided. Our driver arrived the hotel 45 minutes earlier and met me at the lobby. The vehicle was clean and comfortable for our group of 9. Highly recommended!
