Felipe was absolutely amazing
Felipe was absolutely amazing. My son’s flight was delayed and Felipe waited patiently at the airport and kept me updated and this was so reassuring for me as a mom. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

After my confirmation
After my confirmation, I rec’d communication from my driver. He informed me he will be in a mini van, the only problem is a reserved a premium SUV. I reached out to discuss and they told me all SUV’s were booked so they upgraded me to a mini van. Based on their pre booking price that is not an upgrade, very disappointing when you ask for a specific vehicle because that’s what’s best for your family and they take it in the hands to modify it without contacting you.

Prior to the change, we did inform you about the adjustment, as the specific SUV you booked was unavailable at the time of your reservation. To ensure your comfort, we provided a newer and more spacious vehicle as an upgrade, rather than a downgrade. Our goal is always to offer the best possible experience, and we regret if this change did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you again in the future.

Awesome driver!
Delayed flight, slow luggage, and we had less that 2 hours to make our arrival time…. Our driver was awesome! Very polite, and she ensured we made our destination as quickly as possible, all while driving safely and courteously! Thank you Macel!!
