Respectful and curtious driver

Good email info plus confirmation details. For both rides, drivers arrived at time booked and provided good service. BUT, the invoice(bid) I received showed included gratuity , however, texts to confirm pick up, a reminder was added that "tips appreciated." I called & was assured my payment was paid 'in full.' However, drivers ARE expecting tips at destination.

Timely communication, drivers on time. We used this service to and from MLB to Port Canaveral area. Our bags were delayed at the airport due to weather and our driver waited on us and kept in communication with us. Communication is big for me and between the email confirmations and direct communications with the drivers on the day of, I would absolutely use them again.

Our family needed round trip travel from the airport to our resort. Their communication before pick up and notification along the way was reassuring especially for our 4am pickup back to the airport. The drivers were early and communicated well. Shout out to Leonardo and Felipe for making it a great experience!! We will definitely do it again.

The driver was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. On our return trip, our bags were delayed because of lightning, and the driver patiently waited for 2 hours while we waited on our bags. When we arrived home, he helped my wife into the house in the rain, then helped me get the bags in. Most importantly, my wife is a very nervous passenger, and we had to drive home in a hard rain. She said that he was a very safe driver, which is a big compliment from her.

He was there on time, communication was amazing.
