HVAC Technician Owen came to our home…
HVAC Technician Owen came to our home to service our AC and Heating system. He was professional, insightful and well prepared. He inspected and cleaned the coils in the condenser unit and performed a thorough examination of the air handler and ducting in our attic. He educated me on a few things and answered some questions to make sure I clearly understood what he found, the current status of our system and potential service items to consider. He knew what he was talking about and was able to convey things in layman’s terms. He told me he underwent Goettl’s provided training to transition to HVAC from another technical field and is a natural HVAC technician. He loves his job and his knowledge and enthusiasm were appreciated. He decided this was for him and he’s living proof that Goettl’s system works. We’ve had various other competent techs come out from Goettl but Owen stood out with his people skills, personable demeanor and mechanical aptitude. People like Owen are like the commercial says. He made efforts to do a thorough job, not just go through the motions. He did it the right way. Our Goettl system is two years old now and working beautifully. We’re more comfortable than ever and enjoying energy savings as well as excellent service
