Evan Cook in customer service a gem. After purchasing a beautiful stove Evan…
After purchasing a beautiful stove Evan Cook in consumer service has been an absolute angel in helping me work out some damage issues. Evans calming and knowledge about my problem was so reassuring that he got me through a very stressful time. Evan is a gem and my advice is to do everything you can to keep him. He has great customer empathy and I will highly recommend this company.

Fast, competent service
Ordered a fridge online, which arrived promptly the next week. The delivery people were courteous and mindful of not damaging the hallways or elevator while transporting it to our apartment. Overall a very positive experience.

I had a great experience with appliance connection. Best price around on the fridge I bought. Installation was without issue and wait time for delivery was very reasonable given time of year. Week of Xmas. No complaints!

This review is not for the company
This review is not for the company, but for the last person I spoke with about solving a terrible experience. Judy F was professional, efficient and very kind. After several negative experiences with Goedecker's, she was the shining star of the bunch. Thank you, Judy F.

Good Customer Service
Received a very timely phone call today from Mike Salcedo in regards to a support ticket I submitted on their website for a product I ordered. His kindness and the extension of customer support he provided was refreshing to experience. He reassured me the concern I had is not applicable and everything is moving along as expected. Thank you!

Mike Salcedo, I really appreciate the phone call follow-up to my email, so I could get additional questions on process answered right away instead of a lot of back-and-forth.

Excellent from start to finish
From start to finish, I had a great experience. I was hesitant to go with a national company and was prepared for a lot of logistical confusion. Instead, the process was clear from beginning to end with no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
