Santiago Di Santo was extremely helpful. I had called regarding an order that was placed several months ago which included two items that have been back-ordered. Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well. I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. Very good experience once the freezer came in stock. I got an email and the next morning a text and call, the freezer was delivered within 30 minutes. The guys brought in the new freezer and took the old out with no issues.
