Paid for an overnight package for a funeral and haven't received tracking information or a reply. If they can't do overnight when an order is placed on a Thursday they shouldn't let you choose that option. It was a hefty charge and I choose to pay it cause I need the blanket by the weekend. Not happy with customer service, they should at least have a number vs just email communications if they aren't going to follow up in a timely manner. I would have liked to know if it was coming so I can make other arrangements...very frustrating!

My order did not come personalized as I requested. I immediately emailed the day ot was delivered. It's been over a week and I still have not gotten a response or resolution.

I was expecting a a sweater shirt that had the chenille mom letters but vinyl came instead
