Update- I was issued a full refund on January 5, 2026.December 13, 2025 Update to my review, when I ordered my mailing address ended up being my email address so my package was not delivered due to an address issue when I contacted the company they said the USPS has the package and they would not get it back, but I could repurchase it with a 40% discount. I advised that I would not be purchasing it that I already paid for it and that they needed to send me my order. I got a response that stated if I gave them a five star rating they would re-ship my order to the corrected mailing address that I gave themso I gave the five star rating. I asked for a tracking number and they sent me the original tracking number still have not received my package two weeks later so I sent another email. I got a response stating that I needed to contact the US Postal Service, even though the tracking number and the representative at the US Postal Service stated that the package was sent back to the original sender.

Sweat shirt was way too large. Sizing way off! I ordered an XL but it fits like a 3XL. Does the material stretch when you put on a board to do the monograming? The shoulders look like I need shoulder pads.

Since I have gotten a reply I will be updating this review accordingly. While I did an email and have proof, I will also mention that I have already sent a message to Godmerch through Amazon's message seller feature and am awaiting a response. If proof is needed, I have screenshots.

One shirt’s neck band started unraveling after coming out of the laundry first time it was washed.

Loved the T-shirt - quality and printing. Very disappointed in the size. The sizing ran VERY small. I have re-ordered the shirt - 2 sizes bigger - hope that it fits.

I ordered a custom shirt and hat and was soooo pleased with the quality of the shirt and the design. Well done. I wish I could say the same for the hat. Even though the design was fine on the hat, the quality of the material of the hat is pretty poor.

I love the shirts I ordered! I received a tracking number but never received an estimated delivery date. When I did the chat to ask about a delivery date because tracking it did not provide a date the chat only gave me the tracking information again. Overall I would more than likely order again.
