Recieved my sweatshirt, but made an error in ordering. Reached out to the company and they are replacing the item with no hassle. Sweatshirt is good quality and design is outstanding.

I bought a sweatshirt for my dad with all of his grandkids names on the sleeves and with the name the kids call him on his chest. I have never seen him more excited over a gift! He loves it! Also, the shipping was quick! Love that!

The sweatshirt is more like a. Sweater than a comfy sweatshirt The sizing is off. I wear a SMALL in everything but ordered a medium from you because I like sweatshirts to be big. I should have ordered a LARGE because it is so narrow

The quality of the products are exceptional. I bought myself a Nana sweatshirt and I like it so much I bought for my mom as well.

Product was late and not as advertised huge disappointment

Ordered a customized sweatshirt for Christmas and received someone else's order. Have contacted the company via email (only way to do so) 3 times over several weeks and have not received any reply.

This is my 2nd review. Seems to be an ongoing problem with this company. Lack of customer service. Lack of communication. If they would just keep the customer informed on what it is they're doing, then they wouldn't have so many 1 star reviews. I get it that sometimes a order needs to be split because one or more items needs more time to be created. Why not include a note in the first shipment letting your customer know that they will be getting a 2nd delivery? And also a follow up email wouldn't hurt. I too was missing part of my order. I emailed daily and received no response. I messaged the IG posts hoping someone would reply. This worried me because this was a Christmas gift and it was very close to Christmas. Finally someome replied to my IG message of all things to let me know that my order was on its way and I received it the following day. Very happy with the items,,, but the customer service needs major help.

The sizing chart was way off! I ordered a T shirt XL but it was definitely made for a big tall person. It fits my husband, 6 foot, 220 lbs. I am less than 5 foot so it is enormous on me. It definitely is cut for a tall man, not a petite or even medium size woman. Their size chart is misleading and done in the rarest measurement system for clothing that I've ever seen. So a cute pattern Grandma Tshirt that I hoped to wear out, now can only be used as a mid calf dress, plus with shoulders and sleeves that fall off.
