Love my personalized "Glammy" sweat shirt and holiday Ts. Each piece made of quality material.

I placed an order on Jan 23, 2024. After I had placed the order I realized I forgot a name to be added. I immediately emailed stating I forgot a name to be added & if they could add it. Next day I received email confirming that they would add the name I forgot. I received the sweatshirt which I ordered an XL & it is absolutely huge. I've never had an XL fit like this. Extremely long & just huge! Then I got looking @ the names that I had added & of course the name I forgot to add that they confirmed they would add was not there. I immediately emailed then asking for this to be fixed & that I needed a large & not an XL. The email I received this morning stating that I will receive free shipping on my next order. Why would I place another order when clearly the first one won't be fixed. I emailed back asking for this sweatshirt to be redone or given a full refund back to me. So we shall see what happens. I will not order another item from this company

Over Christmas I ordered two custom sweatshirts for my parents with their 11 grandkids names on it. It was the first time I ordered from Godmerch and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the print and the sweatshirts. However, one of the sweatshirts was too small. I e-mailed their customer service and got a response without 12 hours. They were prompt, pleasant and very fair about getting my father the correct size sweatshirt. Customer service is hard to come by these days and they earned a happy and loyal costumer after that. I will certainly be ordering more holiday gifts through them.

My husband ordered this for me on December 21,2023 and we got response order received. Received tracking info and it got to Texas and was returned as they didn’t include entire address. I sent 3 emails asking for an update, no available phone number listed for them. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE NOTHING. Finally mid January, filed claim with PayPal, only then after days do I hear from the company asking if I want refund or resubmit. I thought would give a second chance, and reordered, they responded will be 6-12 business days. Six days later I get response stating it was ordered. PayPal wants to close the claim so I asked for tracking number this is day 9 and I am told no tracking information available yet. Do not order from them!! I can understand busy during holidays, but no longer an excuse. Ordered 12/21/23 still waiting 2/3/24 Received the Christmas gift for Valentine’s Day! The product is as described and if we would have received the product on time or had good customer service I would not have written this review.

I really like the shirt because this is the first time I was able to have my sons and grandchildren on the same shirt. Plus you made sure all the grandchildren's names were on both shirts

Fast shipping and great quality products

The quality of the t-shirt and the writing of my grandkids names!

I went by the sizing and it seems to run small. They are super cute but ’m not going to be able to wear the sweatshirts.
