Extremely poor manufacturing and…
Extremely poor manufacturing and shipping times. I ordered a week ago and paid for priority but still hasn’t shipped and communication has been the worst. Either they don’t reply or they reply only once with nonresponsive information.

It is way too big
It is way too big! I can’t wear it. I Wasted $52 on this shirt. I am a large. I got a 2X.

Embroidery is not centered and crooked. I won’t wear it. I will be a first time grandmother and was so excited about my purchase… until it came in. They state upfront no returns on custom orders so there ya go. No more godMerch for me

Outstanding customer service
The sweatshirt was exactly as described and came in a timely manner. It is adorable!!! Also had a problem with stitching on one number and contacted the seller - they responded within a few hours. I had no preconceived notion of a positive result but the sweatshirt is being replaced. What outstanding customer service!!!

I have ordered a lot of shirts from this company. I love all of the personal touches the hearts on top of the I’s. I love it I had an issue with a shirt being returned be in there being so generous and working with me to find the loss T-shirt. They are going to replace it for me. Thank you so much.
