Misleading underwriting, Failure to disclose! ,failed to disclose & Adjust changes did not agree to additional charges Downpayment wasn’t authorized My Company account had an Unauthorized charge for over $3,500 (overdraft) without my consent Currency representative ignored my reply I sent prior declining the changes to payment yet he submitted my alternative option ( new equipment update ) Currency representative (Celeb) was made aware of his mistake and ignored my response and multiple attempts to resolve the issue, original agreement was no down payment just first payment product wasn’t available near me we found one in Reno Nevada that was priced higher than the original (same product ) price was due to location, celeb said due to the price change underwriter is asking for 10% down at this time I found an option closer to home that matched the (Lesser) price ,original price agreement with no down payment just the first month down , I replayed to his email and sent over the new invoice and some how I was still charged the 10% down even though the price of the new equipment was as agreed originally days later I was sent an invoice for a monthly payment over $700 also due in the same month two weeks apart. Prior to all this I ask what the numbers would be Caleb said he would send it all over I never received any information regarding monthly payments down payments outside of the one I declined in the email replying with the new equipment fount in bakersfield California

The financing process went very smooth! It was fast and things moved along very quickly. The people I worked with were very friendly and answered any of the questions I had.

I gave instruction to my contact at currency not to fund the equipment dealer until the I notified him that the unit was ready to ship this did not happen the payment was send anyway against my request. Part of my agreement with the seller, they will install a new hydraulic thumb on the peace of equipment, it was ordered but I wanted to see it installed and working before they were payed
