Overall good experience

The communication was beyond amazing. The overall process was a little time consuming, however. In all fairness, there was a time zone difference and other factors that played a roll in making the process stretch out over 4 days. All-in-all, though, I would use again.

Process was quick and efficient. Would preferred to have a traditional amortized loan vs the equipment note that is offered. Have worked with Currency more than once, and will work with then again!

Dealing with only 1 person who finds the right loan.

Everything went really smooth, got a loan for a piece of equipment with no money down. Kept asking to make sure there was no money down, sign the paperwork then the next day they take 1st and last payment and administrative fees out. When I called about it, they said it was in the contract. Asked why wasn't I told this up front, he said sorry but it was in the contract. Would've gave a 5 star but that was very unprofessional in my opinion and left a nasty taste in my mouth now...

Mitch was very helpful and friendly. Multiple documents slowed the process. Thos made things a little cumbersome but I was happy with the results

Kathy gets 10 stars. Currency gets 4 stars. Kathy went above and beyond to help me through the process and I can’t say enough about how great she was to work with! The only reason I gave Currency 4 stars instead of 5 is because the criteria for what Currency seems to be an acceptable aircraft is a bit stringent. That being said the company did what it said it would do and I’m well pleased.

The paperwork process is too extensive. I think we uploaded and signed over 100 papers to process the loan including working with the Escrow Company. Shortening the process would be helpful
