We have had good experiences with Blu-Tech first because they sell an excellent product: in our case, a tri-partite filter system for bringing campground water into our travel trailer. Most toilets, at a regular home or otherwise, gain over time stains from the minerals in the local water. The toilet in our trailer never has, because the water goes through 3 canisters: the first to filter out large stuff, the second to filter out stuff as small as .2 microns, the third (charcoal) to restore taste. It works! And the second reason we’ve had good experiences is because they serve their customers well. We are nomads, traveling the country with only a month in any one spot, if that. But every three months, Blu-Tech sends us a new filter pack wherever we are, and changing them is a breeze! We have never had a problem with this product or its support system. We recommend this product and this company highly and without reserve!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size filter. However, they promptly sent me a return label and the correct filters without any hassle.

With the system and these filters, me and my family feel that we can drink water without worrying about being sick piece of mind.
