Easy to use website, quick shipping

Had an issue with our Salt Canister not allowing water to run thru as it was suppose to during the Regen. process. Got on the phone, immediately connected to a LIVE person (that's rare today) and he walked us thru trouble shooting solutions. To no avail. it still was having the same issue and we were doing everything exactly correct. Decision to send us a new salt canister which they were including a 3-stage filter set for our troubles and time spent sending in videos for viewing our issues. EVERYTIME we have had to speak with Customer Service our interactions have been above and beyond our expectations! They truly stand behind their quality products.

The team was timely in their response and right on target for getting a defective product replaced ASAP. Great service on great products!
