Would not honor accepted order that we were charged for. Bait and Switch Pricing
On June 9th my wife ordered a sink on Gobekusa.com for $854.05. We received order confirmation and my payment was accepted. 10 days later, on June 19th, my wife received an email from a Rebecca Fox at gobek, informing her that their "IT team discovered and corrected a price mismatch for the sink you ordered. Due to this, we are unable to process your order at the previous price." Instead they said the price would be $1,380 but to "make up for it" they would give us a 7% discount and sell it to us for $1,283, or 51% above the order price. Tried to reason with them, but it was like hitting my head against the wall.
