Opportunity to shine only comes when things go wrong.
I will start by saying this did not go smoothly. Though, at no fault of GoBek, but USPS - Delivery issues. As consumers and sellers, it’s easy when everything goes right. It’s almost Thoughtless. I write this review because it did not go well, giving GoBek an opportunity to demonstrate how they handle these situations. From my initial email, informing them of what happened, to me finally receiving my order, GoBek kept me in the loop through transparent communications and frequent updates. At no time did they make me feel that I was at fault, doubted my sincerity or even try to make an excuse for them not to handle it. GoBek Has made it to my list of shops that I visit regularly. came across GoBek through the Shop app. I must admit, I would not have known or came across or want to buy from GoBekif not for the app.

It looks great
It looks great, it's built really well, solid and heavier than a lawnmower, your regular pushmower. It's easy to assemble. Mine started on the second pull. My only suggestion would be adding where to get a roll of the cording or twine that comes with it.

Great product and I would've given the company 5 stars, but the item was kind of smashed because it was packed in an envelope instead of a box.

My sink still has not been received and…
I am updating my previous review which I rated my experience 1 star. I have been dealing with Emma Rose, a rep from this company and she handled everything and got me my sink. She was very professional and attentive and made corrected the errors that had occured which apparently were the fault of the transit company. Not GOBEKUSA. Thank you Emma Rose for all of your assistance.

Watering Can
I ordered a watering can and everything about it was fantastic except for that the can leaked from the spout when using it. I had to wrap the spout (under the removable sprinkler head) with Teflon tape to get it to stop leaking. Had it not been for the leak I would have given 5 stars easily.
