Half of the countertop forms were…
Half of the countertop forms were breaking apart right out of the box. I can’t use them. Had to spend another hundred dollars on wood and do it the old fashioned way. Not a happy camper.

Holds money and then cancels orders days later without explanation
Placed an order, heard nothing, and then multiple days later the order is randomly cancelled. One would expect at a minimum to get a communication as to why, but instead complete silence. Update: In response to the company's response—they reached out after the fact and claimed this was a supplier stock issue, and that most of the items I ordered were out of stock with the supplier. I was able to confirm this to not be the case, further illustrating the deceptive business practices of GOBEKUSA. I would strongly urge caution in any dealings with them, and would definitely avoid them for any time-sensitive or mission-critical supplies.

BEWARE
BEWARE! First of all just because USA is in the title doesn’t mean anything. Their products come from China. Although they say “ships within 3-5 days”, it took over 8 weeks to receive my order. When I did eventually receive the lamp, it was missing necessary parts to assemble. Horrible buying experience!

I had a severe allergic reaction to the…
I had a severe allergic reaction to the bands. I was told that I can return the bands but I would have to pay shipping. That is not a good business practice. Especially since the bands almost caused me to stop breathing.

The equipment I ordered came defective…
The equipment I ordered came defective and when I contacted customer service I was told that the supplier would be contacted for a response. After several days without any additional response I contacted customer service again and was eventually told a new item would be shipped within 1 - 2 days. As of this writing I am still waiting for the replacement item. It's obvious that GobekUSA is simply a middleman in the supply chain.

Twice I've purchased from you, and the alleged 10% off code was not accepted. I realized what I was probably doing wrong the 1st. time, but the second is on you. When I tried to get to the contact button, it was blocked by an overlay. As for the discount the 1st.

Deceptive marketing
The Banksy print (2 Angels ) looked nothing like the print as advertised on the website. It was very pixelated and lacked critical detail. I would not order from this website again.
