I used Ayo for a week now.
I used Ayo for a week now. What a difference... Still can not believe it. Usually I struggled to wake up. Now I can't wait to use the glasses as soon as my alarm goes off. Because I know that I will feel completely different afterwards. Lots and lots of more energy. Feeling motivated to start the day. This was always a struggle for me. But not anymore..

My body as it should feel
I have had chronic sleep issues. I was waking up very easily during the night, didn't sleep deeply and that made me very tired during the day, as sleep is very important to me. Since I started wearing the AYOs, literally from day one, I have seen such a massive difference in my energy levels and in my quality of day to day life, it's astonishing! To start with, they wake me up better than coffee and they are barely noticeable. No more 2+ hours to feel more alert each morning. Secondly, I sleep so much more easily at night, I have deeper sleep and if I do wake up because my cats are being jerks, I can fall asleep again easily. I was really skeptical at first, naturally, wanting to attribute all the good effects to placebo, but now a month plus later with the effects persisting, I don't know what to say! To top everything off, another side effect that I didn't even expect to have as it's not listed in the benefits in the website, is that I don't feel sleepy anymore after a big dinner that we usually have at 4-5pm. So how can this be placebo when you didn't even expect to feel that way 😁?

I just got my unit and have tried them…
I just got my unit and have tried them twice today. Nice blue light, I am waiting to feel better, only have used them twice in a single day. The data says it may take 14 days to get full benefit so I cannot comment yet.

A Quality Well Made Product
The AYO Blue Light Therapy glasses are a high-quality product (worth the money) and indispensable for resetting my circadian rhythm on my overseas trips. You really can eliminate jet lag by using these glasses correctly!

Super dit brilletje! kan niet meer zonder! gebruik het sinds 2021, en helpt me enorm bij mijn winterdepressies. Snel en vriendelijk contact na wat vragen. Al met al, GROTE aanrader! het is de investering dubbel en dwars waard.

On time and as advertised
The order was received promptly and was as described. I chose the basic no app version and love the simplicity. Open the arms, place on face and light is on for 20 minutes. Light is not overwhelming and they fit over glasses too.
