Apart from making great glasses. The customer service team are amazing. I have CFS and Insomnia and these glasses have been really helpful with increasing my energy and helping me sleep. I wouldn't be without them so when I broke them after a year of using them, I reached out to see if they could repair them and they sent me a new pair free of charge. Now you can't beat that for excellent customer service and I wish all companies were this kind and ethical with their customers because the world would be a much happier and kinder place for it So AYO would get 10 stars if I had the option to give it to them. They really made my day and reminded me that companies can care about their customers which is a rare but special thing in this day and age

Seasonal Affective Disorder had been a huge problem in my life for almost 10 years, getting to the point of suicidality as I aged in the gloomy Pacific Northwest. I tried lots of therapies based on older science (10,000 lux cold white light boxes) with little relief, in part because best compliance with those protocols is impractical and uncomfortable. I researched the more recent (>2005) science of ~480nm cyan, melanopsin, and circadian light in general that led me to Ayo+ as a superior approach. Now entering my second winter of using them 6-7am daily between fall and spring equinoxes, I consider myself virtually cured of SAD, or at least very well managed. I am deeply grateful. I'm doing lots of other things to help, but Ayo is the newest element of my regimen, and the relief was quick and profound. Ayo themselves don't claim that this is a SAD therapeutic. Why? It's all about regulatory constraints, the high clinical testing burden for claims related to "novel medical devices" like this. But the underlying science is pretty clear, and my results are dramatically convincing. Meanwhile there is a lot of institutional, industrial, and educational inertia behind the earlier, partially outmoded science that keeps Ayo and similar new-school therapeutics sadly obscure.

Voor mij werkt de bril totaal niet. Ik kreeg er hoofdpijn van en na 3x weken sliep ik nog steeds slecht. Ik stuur deze terug. Helaas kostte me dat best wat geld om te retourneren, € 8.25. Zo staat dat niet op de site vermeldt en ik kwam er met de klantenservice niet uit. Voor de overige kopers die deze bril willen testen: let op waar je 'm koopt, elders kan je 'm gratis retourneren mocht ie niet bevallen! De bril kost veel geld, dus lees goed de kleine lettertjes.

Exceptional product, exceptional company. I've had these glasses for over a year now. I'm a first responder and work shift work. These glasses have been a game changer in helping me regulate my sleep. I use them to help set my sleep pattern based on my shift schedule, and it makes transitions much easier. I also noticed I have more energy throughout the day when I use the glasses if the morning Sun is unavailable. As far as customer service, I have a 3-year-old son who got a hold of my glasses and broke them. I was a month and a half out of my warranty but the company took care of me anyhow and sent me a replacement pair. I could not speak more highly of their product or their customer service. I have tried other light therapy glasses that have not seen as effective or felt cheaply made. These glasses are well made and very helpful if you do shift work or if you don't have the opportunity to see the morning sun or struggle with seasonal depression.

In verband met de naderende herfst en daardoor kortere dagen, besloten de Ayo light bril aan te schaffen. Hiervoor kwam ik nadat de wintertijd in ging, moeilijk mijn bed uit, het duurde een paar uur voordat ik echt wakker en alert was en ook was ik erg moe in de ochtend. Je mag de bril 6 weken uitproberen, bevalt hij niet, dan kun je hem terugsturen. (Maar dat ga je niet meer doen). Ik gebruik hem nu een week in de ochtenden en ik voel me zoveel beter! Ik ben snel wakker, heb een goede stemming en kom alert aan op mijn werk. Als ik dit eerder had geweten, had ik de bril al jaren eerder gekocht. Hij is de prijs zeker waard. Opladen hoeft pas na zo'n 6 keer en duurt 3 uurtjes.

Faulty battery with AYO device, which was out of warranty (2+years). Customer service replied promptly, and got a new device sent over within a couple days of conversation. Excellent and refreshing customer experience.

The AYO Light Therapy Glasses are light comfortable and effective. This company's Customer Services are the best I think I've ever encountered - very rare this days to actually feel valued as a customer - Highly Recommend

Ik hoor een hele hoge constante pieptoon van de microchip terwijl de bril aanstaat. Vind de pootjes aan de achterzijde te ver uitsteken waardoor je niet lekker tegen je kussen aan kunt zitten zodra je wakker bent. Vind hem ook zwaar rond de oren. Design, verpakking en marketing allemaal wel mooi. Ik ga hem terugsturen.
