Says they have my motor online but when I ordered it for $3000 they called me and said sorry we know that you haven’t it

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you had that experience. Our website for that part number says "Build Time: Please Contact Sales". With that said we are looking into this part number and are going to mark it better as "Obsolete" going forward.

It sounds like go power train does not test there engines I bet they don't line bore it either not liking the there reviews

Sent a pos 6l80 from aer manufactoring. Had to remove it was thrash from startup. Got a Jasper worked perfectly. Thrash .

I cannot find a corresponding order to your company. It appears you are J & B out of Grandview NM. I also cannot find an order with the last name on this review. I would love to help you more with this but until we have information on what the invoice number is or the serial number, we cannot assist you more.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! I spoke with Mike a good bit and he answered every question I had with hesitation. He made this whole process very easy for me and always made sure I had all the information I was looking for. He was very helpful during the whole process. Absolutely did NOT stand by their product!!! They sent out an engine that did not work from the moment the mechanic installed it. They asked the mechanic, without my consent, to do a diagnostics on it for which I WAS CHARGED. They finally determined that it WAS INDEED A BAD ENGINE, sent out a new engine, BUT WOULDN'T COVER THE FULL COST OF THE FIRST INSTALL, so I ended up paying about $2000 over my original bill to the mechanic just to find out that their engine was bad. I tried to resolve it with them but got the runaround. I SHOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A JASPER!!!!

Paul, We are sorry you had issues with the product that we supplied. We do our best to ensure our customers receive a quality product but sometimes there can be a manufacturing defect or problem during installation. When the purchase was made on the engine you were made aware multiple times verbally of the warranty and upon receipt of the invoice you were provided the warranty guideline documentation. We covered the cost of a replacement engine, all shipping charges by freight truck, and the book time labor to remove and install a new engine. The shop you chose for both installations closed their doors two weeks after they finished the work and we received no further contact from them. We are unaware of the total amount paid to this business but if it was the amount reflected on the repair order sent to our team there was excessive hours and rates documented compared to multiple labor guide standards. We unfortunately cannot control other business practices and amounts charged for work performed. We did offer an additional coverage for $130 per labor hour with our platinum service plan but this was declined at time of purchase. The cheaper route was chosen with a $90 per labor hour coverage. Jasper pays $85 per labor hour and the cost of a engine from them is almost $2000 more expensive for reference. Again we are sorry for the issue and apologize that the engine had to be replaced.
