The company overall is good, but it was rather aggravating when I was ordered replacement lenses. I contacted the company to order replacement lenses and I was sent a link. The link I used apparently brought me to the incorrect page. I filled it out and clicked submit. I called them shortly after to make sure I did it correctly and I was informed that I actually purchased a whole new pair of expensive sunglasses. They canceled the order but they charged me a 10% restocking fee, even though I had just placed the order a few minutes ago. I was pretty upset when they told me that.

I could not find frame by website so called and your rep gave me a number which enabled me to find right away.

Quick and easy checkout. I like that frames are labeled if they are eligible for progressive lenses. The only issue is that even if I’m logged into my account, my shopping cart wasn’t being saved. So I would have to go back and add all the items I wanted when placing my order.
