Go-OpticReviews of go-optic.com

Sometimes the best laid plans still present a challenge. However, in the hand of GoOptic even unexpected challenges are handled well. When the progressive lenses were on the cusp of standard and short frames GoOptic eagerly stepped up to ensure that the proper field of view for all ranges were comfortable for me, even to the point of remaking the lenses. Thank you GoOptic, you have earned my confidence in doing business with you. I will be back :)

I have had several replacement lenses made by Go-Optic with excellent results. They have a huge selection of lens options, their prices are great, they have a reasonable turnaround time, and their customer service communications are excellent.

My daughter’s eyesight isn’t bad enough to warrant glasses, but she feels she sees better with them. She found these frames at our last eye doctor visit, and she felt cute and confident in them. They said we couldn’t get these with plain lenses put in. I understand they were just trying to save me some money, and I genuinely love my eye doctor office. However, sometimes we all need that little thing that helps feel like we can do better.

Repeat customer. Good website and options. Great communication.

quick and easy

Fast service!

Terrible refund policy! I ordered 3 pair of Leader SunClips sunglasses. With the 3 pair, I was over the amount for free shipping. I was notified, by email, that two of the pair were no longer available. The same day as the email, the one pair in stock was shipped. They charged me for shipping even though they made the mistake in inventory and they did not give me a chance to cancel my order.

I couldn’t find any reviews for this company. Also, I said no to the survey so I could screen shot my order info, but it instantly directed me to this survey. I just hope I haven’t been scammed!!
