I'm giving it a rating of "awful" because their inventory is not up to date. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and FIVE days after I ordered them, I received an email saying my order was cancelled because the sunglasses were discontinued.

Just ordered. Went very easy and the process was just right. I just hope that I am pleased with my purchase. Concerned that I did not receive a confirmation once my ordered was placed. I should've recieved that first, prior to receiving this survey.

It says they are available 24 hrs a day but they are not. It either rang 25+ times without being picked up. OR finally after the 4th phone call someone did finally answer, I asked & explained my question & he said he was sorry but he couldn't help me, he was just the answering service & couldn't answer questions, he told me to call back at 8am the next day. When I said that it seemed strange that it says on the website that they are available 24 hrs a day but they aren't, he then said that someone is there but if I want my call answered I should call back in the morning. Strange. BUT I just went ahead & ordered my glasses without talking to them, I will get my lenses here at home probably "just to be sure" since I am now questioning the validity of the company a little.

I like the options. However, I do have to admit that it is a bit pricey, although I was willing to pay due to quality.

I called customer service and she said she couldn't answer my question. The number on the frames size said RS594 58-18-130.fit My old frame size said Rs594 58-18-30. I asked if that would be the right size. She said she really didn't know about the sizing. It does say one size. I am ordering the frames and hope they fit. I wish she could have told me for sure.

I sincerely apologize you were unable to find the answer you were looking for. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on the frames you have purchased elsewhere, or the sizing if there are any lens alterations, etc. We can only guarantee that the frames will be in the size as advertised in the catalog at the time of your purchase. However, generally in most cases, the sizes are the same. Hope this helps!
