I originally tried to do the order on my iPhone, which was silly on my part. Super easy as soon as I did it on my laptop. Love the option of "contact my eye doctor" because I misplaced the RX. I know more once I receive my glasses.

Found the same frames as in-store for over 50% off the store price! Going to take them into the store for the lenses. Such a good find and saving opportunity!

I was glad to find the frames I wanted online. Have not been able to find them in any eye place. I was very happy.

I only wanted a temple (ear piece) but had to order the entire frame. Other than that I had no issues

When I purchased my frames from Go-Optic.com last month (September 2019) the add at the top of the webpages said, “30 Day Returns”. It did not say “30 Day SOME OF YOUR Money Back”. It currently says, “30 Day Returns”. From my experience with other merchants this meant all of my money back. Currently, if you click on the link label "Returns" at the bottom of the front page, on the page titled “Returns” there is no mention of a restocking fee. In fact, even if you thoroughly read every passage that follows from all seven links at the top of the Returns page you still will find no mention of a restocking fee. Only if you look under Warranty Information, that clearly pertains to defective items, and click on that link will you find the restocking fee for items without defects. There is no motivation for a customer with non-defective merchandise to access that link. Hiding a restocking fee under Warranty link beneath eight other links under the Return link is deceitful and wrong. I have returned the product in full the same week I received it in the same condition I received it in. Three times I requested that they return my money in full. I paid $9 return shipping AND they charge a $37 restocking fee. That is it cost me nearly fifty bucks to look at a pair of poorly made frames. Had they put, "Restocking fee" on the first page or under any of the first few links under the "Returns" page I would have not purchased the frames. I thoroughly read the first page and the Returns page and all of the links on the Returns page prior to placing my order. Dr. Jones

Easy to order! Revised version: So easy to order! ** EXCEPT** #1) they allowed me to order frames that were discontinued, NOT showing on the item page that it was unavailable; I paid for overnight shipping, because i needed them desperately. #2) They cancelled my order within hours, because the frames were discontinued - but without notifying me of this! and #3) two days later, when I contacted them because I had not received the frames, they told me sorry, those frames are no longer available, so we just cancelled your order... but, **We did not charge you for them**. (oh, thank you that is amazing...) They said they had emailed me that the order had been cancelled, but would not tell me what email address was used (I have three). I searched in all 3 email accounts' spam and there was no email from them. I'd like to revise my rating to MINUS 100. Just saying. How can a company do business like this? I am usually ok with people making mistakes - this was no mistake they just DON'T CARE.
