Simple and easy.

I have had these same frames for two years, same color. they broke and no one could fix them and no one local had a frame my lens would fit into. they broke at the hinge to the ear piece where the screw holds a tiny projection metal piece that went into a hole in the ear piece. I glued it but then the hinge would not work. Hope these hold up better.

I've ordered glasses from this site before, and the experience was great. Upon revising the store, a few things happened that I didn't appreciate: 1. Go-Optic showed my item in stock. After going through the entire process of completing the order, I received the notice that my item had been discontinued and my order had been cancelled. 2. I ordered a glasses case and microfiber cloths with my order. When my order was cancelled, the charges for the glasses were reversed, but not for the case and cloths, and they were never shipped. 3. Go-Optic's customer online chat support hours were listed as 9am-5pm, but were unavailable at 4:30pm when I tried that option. 4. All throughout two orders I placed, I had to constantly uncheck multiple "send me free offers" boxes. 5. Go-Optic offered me a "$100 dollar value" reward for completing a survey. After completing said survey (giving high marks at the time) it turned out to be a bunch of magazines I didn't want that I had to pay shipping for anyways. The products offered here are probably great (assuming I finally receive them), but the online experience has been very weird. I don't doubt most people have positive experiences but the same wasn't true for me.
