Easy experience with website, great customer service, frame selection is the best.

My first glasses were well made that's why I order now a second pair. Hopefully they will be good as the first glasses.

I would like to share my experience so other people would be aware. I have placed my order 2 months ago with expected delivery date within 2 weeks. After patiently waiting for 3 weeks, I noticed that my credit card was finally charged meaning my order was processed. When I called customer, I was shocked to hear that there was an issue with my order as some parts did not come. While I was extremely disappointed that nobody called or even informed me, the supervisor assured me that missing part would be arriving within a week and i would get my order shipped with FedEx express that would arrive within 10 days from calls. After patiently waiting for another 3 weeks, I called again, left all the details of my order to the customer service and was assured another Supervisor would get back to me. As you can imagine, nobody called me back and after my 3rd attempt to resolve the issue I was told: unfortunately, all supervisors are busy, please leave the message.

Easy to navigate and easy to use!

The ordering process is smooth and easy. But heaven forbid anything should go wrong with your order. In my experience this company does its utmost to weasel out of a warranty claim. The Better Business Bureau seems to agree, having given the company an "F" rating.

3-4-2020 The ordering process was easy, I opted for the 1-3 day delivery option, hope I get them in the time, because i'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other eye :-) . Seriously it was nice to be able to find the frames for my lenses the place that I bought them from initially sells them for almost 3 times the price when then had them. UPDATE 3-19-2020 I ordered my Frames on 3-4-2020 when I ordered they said that the frames were In stock. I got the impression that I may get my frames pretty quickly especially since I paid a few bucks more for the 1-3 day delivery. Today is 3-19-2020 and I just got an e-mail two days ago saying that they shipped. I still would have ordered the frames if I knew they would take 3 weeks to process my order but I definitely would not pay for expedited shipping. ( they were a bit deceptive, that’s disappointing) If my frames don’t arrive within the next week I’ll update my review again.
