A warning to the public. Go-optic is an illegitimate web company.
Before placing an order a customer service rep. told me that they will charge my credit card when my order is complete. After placing an order I noticed that my credit card was charged meaning my order was processed. However, I had received a couple of emails asking me for my PD in the meantime and because of that missing information they cannot process my order. When I called customer service and spoke with another rep he told me that my order is shipped and they do not need my PD. I was shocked and called my credit card to dispute the charges. Finally, go-optic robbed me on cancellation and dispute fees. As you notice they are a bunch of misleading crooks that will rob you after providing the credit card, no matter what. Horrible, terrible, misleading customer service with their supervisors on top. They are fraudulent and this is thievery.

Go Optic has a wide variety of lenses
Go Optic has a wide variety of lenses for good prices and has frequent discounts. It is easy to get a pair of glasses that you'll love for a reasonable price. I feel secure shopping here because of how user friendly the site is, as well as their 30 day return policy and 365 day warranty.
