Quick and easy, and had everything we needed. Now we have back up frames for our daughters!

I was referred to this site by Kaiser, who sold me the original pair of Ultem U05 frames. I needed a replacement and this was easy, reasonable, and relatively quick with added express shipping for an extra $20.

Was able to find my frames in stock, not back ordered. Very user friendly website, ease of access to use. Very reasonable prices

Horrible experience. Ordered glasses and after 1 week of processing they informed me that the glasses were out of stock and it would take another 2 weeks to get them, followed by another week for them to be shipped. So it would take over 1 month to get an order from this company. When i tried to cancel the order they charged me 10% of price for re-stocking fee. I don't understand that when they are out of stock. Do not use this company if time is an issue.

I've been looking for the lafont lovely eyeglasses in red for a while because they were discontinued, so I'm happy to have found them here.

I don't usually go out of my way to write letters or reviews about customer service, especially companies that I've never shopped with before. However I just had to let someone from Go Optics know about how great Dale- from customer service is. I usually shop elsewhere for online glasses because it's in my insurance network, but I have been looking for a particular model of prescription sunglasses when I came by Go-Optic's website. I never heard of Go-Optics, so I felt very cautious about purchasing anything on the site. Was I wrong. Dale is so helpful and patient, and he didn't even get annoyed I was asking all of these basic questions about lenses. His friendly and helpful demeanor totally reassured me. Also not to mention I haven't had this high level of customer service in a while. Not only was he helpful, but he was so sincere and genuinely friendly. I am hoping Go Optics has the model of sunglasses in stock that I'm looking for, but even if they don't, Go-Optics will definitely be my go to because of Dale.
