Go-OpticReviews of go-optic.com

Bla bla review

Your chat representative helped me through the whole process and I was able to purchase something that was very hard to find at a decent price

After looking through several sites to find glasses, Go-Optic had the pair I wanted and multiple lens options to choose from. I can't wait to get my glasses.

Quick and Easy Transaction

I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience. I first called with questions before placing my order on line Dennis was very helpful with my prescription and lens questions. So far so good!!

I have been looking for a pair of Breed sunglasses everywhere and all seem to be sold out, but here they still are and a lot less than the factory wanted for them. The site was stupid easy to navigate and I will be coming back no doubt. Thx for a great first impression.

This is a terrible experience. The only reason I give them a 1 Star is because there is no Zero star. Ordered frames on Aug 16th, normal transaction and was given a ship date of August 27th. On Aug 24th received notice that my order was shipped and a link to USPS tracking. After 3 days there was no tracking and it appears that USPS never received the product. Call customer support and the phone just rings and rings. Email or talk to the "chat" and I am always referred back to the USPS tracking which of course has nothing on it. They do not know where my order is and their only response each of the last 4 days is a link to the tracking which is empty. I am going to ask for money back but I expect that is lost.

It was easy to use confident with reasonable prices!
