No field refresh after error
My passwords didn't match so when I had the opportunity to fix it, all the data I previously entered was gone and had to re-enter. Other than that everything was a breeze!

No answer Customer Service 800 number
Customer Service 800 number rings -- no answer, no ability to leave a recorded message. On-line customer service assistant confirmed frame not in-stock, but couldn't say when it likely would be available. I've sent many patients to this site for designer eyewear. None w/ previous issues. Disappointed unable to speak w/ staff person & clueless as to how long it will may take to ship out or arrive. MC
