You showed a discount code but there was nowhere to enter it at checkout

first order, i was charged for shipping, said the session had timed out and i had to redo the order again. I redid the order and tried to place again. kept on saying my passwords didn't match. redid it 5 times. was ready to buy elsewhere.

This was really fast.

Customer service was very quick and helped address my price match request. Great website, ease of use. Wonderful selection of frames and so many difference types of lenses to choose from, much more variety than I've seen on other websites. I'm excited to get my glasses!

Search worked well and easy to find what I wanted. Selections of options was simple and easy to understand and the inputting of my prescription was simple as well.

I just ordered the frames. I haven't received them yet, I just paid! I thought surveys were done after the transaction and receipt of item ordered..? I love the frames picture, hope they look the same on receiving. Exactly what I wanted. We will see how the rest goes!

Great service

Easy to order, great price. I haven't received the glasses yet but I will review them after I receive my order.
