I needed to get frames only after my daughter slept with hers and it broke. I never knew it was this easy to get replacement frames from a website...thanks to the engraving on the inside of the frames with the exact serial # I needed to find them. Thank you so much!

The website was easy to use and I found my glasses for a good price!

I found the style I was looking for and the prices were way cheaper than at my local eye glass store.

Repeat customer and WAS happy with previous orders. But THIS time they went "clown car" on me and flummoxed my order for WEEKS. Demanding repeated submissions of my prescription when I had included EVERYTHING they requested when I sent in my frames. Then they CANCELLED my order saying they "didn't like my attitude" ???

Site works fine. I doubt like how it tries to automatically sign me up for an account and email updates
