Bought glasses and didn’t like the quality. Returned them immediately, paying full shipping charges back. Return process was slow and complicated and they took weeks to process and post a refund, when they promise less than a week. On top of it, go-optic deducted more than $20 from my refund. No explanation. Entire experience unsatisfactory and upsetting. Feel taken advantage of - ended up paying about $30 dollars for the privilege of trying on a pair of disappointing glasses for a few minutes and returning them immediately in perfect condition.

I found of pair of glasses that I tried on at a store here but the frames were a lot cheaper online. So easy to navigate!
