Quick purchase, until they frames arrive that is about all I can say

My order for two frames appear to be canceled. They wrote me that one frame was discontinued but canceled the whole order. Contacting customer service is a joke as their own website dosen't allow email.

Easily found what I was looking for when my optometrists office said my frames were no longer available. Shipping took a about a week. Order received as expected.

Easy. Website Is user-friendly.

Trying out Go-Optical So far I have just placed an order for my Mom. I would be glad to do a full survey once we complete her transaction and the eye glasses have been shipped for us. Our hope is that we will be very satisfied with this company.

Order put on on hold due to their online prescription upload not working. I reached their in-person support and the support rep said "I may be able to help" then did not actually fix the hold issue. She told me to wait till the next day and check the online system. Next day I checked online and my order was still on hold. I tried 10 times to call into the support line again over the next few days and was unable to get even in the queue. I put in an online support request to have someone contact me and no one called. I requested a cancellation using the online form and that worked. What a colossal waste of time.
