First time customer. Tried to use a couple of different promo codes, but neither worked within the shopping cart. Not certain whether this was related to the fact that I created a user account before placing my order. Would have been nicer experience if worked or system at least offered some acknowledgement or explanation for not working.

This page is a sham, after waiting two months for a pair of glasses, they finally arrived, they arrived used, wrapped in newspaper and the formula is not what was requested, now they tell me that they are not responsible for the expenses of return. what they promise is a lie😡😡😠😠🤬
