Untrustworthy
Prior to ordering I confirmed that the order would arrive within 12 days of placing my order. The online chat help said it would not be a problem. Placed my order. After ordering I was given a much longer lead time. I cancelled my order and was charged fees. GoOptic was the only on-line business that promised a delivery deliver - so I trusted them with my order. Looks like there is financial benefit to misleading customers.

Positive Experience
Site easy to use. Frame (which is mainly discontinued) came in different colors not offered elsewhere. Was offered a discount code right away. no complaint.
